Raising Awareness for Community Compassionate Initiatives
At I Rescued Patisserie & Bakery, we are proud to raise awareness for programs that bring hope and care to pets and their families. This month, we’re spotlighting incredible initiatives from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary and Winnebago County Animal Services, which are making a difference in our community.

Low-Income Community Program
This program, offered by Winnebago County Animal Services and Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary, provides vital services to low-income residents of Winnebago County. For just $75, your pet will receive:
Distemper vaccine
Rabies vaccine
Rabies registration & tag
Microchip
Please note: There’s an additional rabies tag fee for unaltered pets. Requirements include proof of Winnebago County residency and low-income status (e.g., social security, disability, LINK, etc.).
Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To schedule, call 815-489-9800 or email noahsarkanimalhospital@gmail.com.
